Add pending worker redwood disable autoconverion

Summary:

On the "Add Pending Worker" Transaction, there is a work relationship Info section that has "include in auto conversion" always enabled. Is there a way for this toggle to reflect as disabled or off? We do not wish for every pending worker created through this transaction to automatically be included in autoconversion.
