How to disable Federal TD1X form

Hello community,

This is to confirm if the following request is possible. I have a client request to disable the Federal TD1X form so their employees don't see it, since the employer doesn't use it. I'm not finding any Oracle documentation on disabling that form, which I think means it's not possible but I just wanted to have a confirmation.
