RSSP - Unable to edit or delete additional

Summary:

If you add an additional approver to a requisition, click Go Back then reselect View Approvers, the additional approver is locked, and you can't delete or edit them. The work around is to select Update anywhere on the requisition then the options reappear.

Option to edit and delete is greyed out after exiting and entering back into the Approvers page.

After exiting, clicking Update on the requisition, then reselecting View Approvers, the options reappear.
