Users cannot add a new personal payment method - update does not process

Summary:

Currently the user can not add new account bank details on the redwood page.

The bank details are entered but when we click on the Update button nothing happens.

Bizarrely we cloned a test environment on the 21st April and that still functions correctly.

We cloned another environment last Friday but the Update button does not process in here or now in Production.

Has anyone any ideas to any changes that may have occurred over the last few days to restrict users from updating?

We have a custom role for all employees and wondered if this article was related in some way (although it was in 24a).
