Can we use the payroll flow to get not processed historical time cards to processed?

Hi Everyone ,

In one of the oracle reference document I have found that Time and load module use HDL to load Time cards for historical data and the historical data can not be edited and does not get payroll processed.

Can we use the payroll flow to get not processed time cards to processed? and will it impact historical time cards if the retro elements are present?
