how to change filter of data load rule

Summary:Is it possible to change the filter members selected into a data load rule (integration), either with a groovy, or a pipeline method, or a rule,…?

Right now, we are extracting, for example, Scenario=Actual but we´d like to extract Budget instead. Is it possible to change it "online"?
