Add template/ external link in Document Details under Add document action

Summary:

Hi Everyone,
We are stuck at addressing requirement of adding one between below 2 options in “Document Details” under Add document action

1. Adding an Excel template to be downloaded and used by users who can add Exit Interview doc type – the template should be already there when opening the document details section
2. Adding an external link that redirects to our client where this Excel template for the Exit Interview is stored.

We tried using structure, various actions from HCM design studio, followed multiple customization related CCC discussions in order to do changes but it did not help in completing requirement.
