Limiting HRBP access to Internal Job Requisitions
Hi Team,
The client has requested that the HRBP role should only be able to edit internal job requisitions.
To fulfill this request, we created the job requisition security profile with the following settings:
- Secured by Area of Responsibility (type Recruiting) + secured by recruiting type
- Secured by Hiring Team Member Type: HR Partner
We also assigned the Area of Responsibility with the recruiting type = internal mobility to the HRBP.
However, the HRBP is still able to edit external job requisitions as well.
Do you have any suggestions on how to limit their access strictly to internal requisitions?
