Oracle Fusion PLM, PIM BOM Dffs.

In Oracle Fusion PLM cloud, on the PD side, the structure or structure component Dffs become change controlled once the item is revised, is the same behaviour followed on the PIM side as well ?

Addtionally, what we have observed is that these Dffs are not change controlled for items not belonging the master organization. Although the redlining is captured intially and the option to Save to Change Order is present, but if a user simply uses the Save option, the redlining disappears and the changes are applied automatically without the need of a change order.
