Various Dates in requisitions are are using UTC but in Classic it they use our local time (NZST)

Summary:

In Classic the conversion rate date defaults to NZST but in Redwood this defaults to UTC. The same thing is happening with the Budget Date and Requested Delivery Date. We also noticed that the "submitted date" shown under My Recent Requisitions in the Self Service Procurement tab shows correctly as NZST but shows the date as UTC under My Requisitions.

Is there something we need to change on our side in the set up?
