Unable to request feedback in Touchpoints
Hi,
I am unable to see the action to Request Feedback in Touchpoints as shown below, only Give Feedback. I have checked and have all the necessary security privileges mentioned in the other post which asked this question: https://community.oracle.com/customerconnect/discussion/682129/not-able-to-view-the-request-feedback-under-the-action-of-the-touchpoint
