Financial Route Task Status stuck in In Progress

Summary:

We are trying to create a shared service procurement transaction. We have finished receiving the item and the expection is that Orchestration tasks will be completely processed as shown in this image.

However, what we get is the Task Status is stuck in "In Progress"

and one line leaves an Error message

Data required for the computation of the transfer price could not be resolved. (FOS-3465019)

The required data is missing for the following tables: FOS_PRICING_OPTION_F.

Thus, we are not able to proceed.

How do we troubleshoot these errors?
