No Mandatory Attribute Validation When Submitting the Requisition from Approval History View Page

The Submit button is available on two pages: the "Approval History – View" page and the "Shopping Cart – View" page

On the Shopping Cart page, the option "Enable Mandatory Attribute Validation During Submit" is set to true. As a result, when submitting a requisition from this page, the system displays an error message if any mandatory attribute is missing.

In contrast, on the Approval History – View page, no such validation is performed. The system allows the user to submit the requisition even if mandatory attributes are missing. Additionally, there is no available configuration to enable mandatory attribute validation on this page.
