Pending workers - throws us back to home page or keeps on loading

While navigating through - My client groups > pending workers > smart actions (three dots) > employment start date - the page used to keep on loading forever.

But recently we have noticed that we are not at all able to open the pending workers page, as it throws us back to the home page without even opening.

Has anyone faced these issues in the past, if yes, please provide us with an action plan.
