Since migrating to GovCloud OCI Gen2 we have been running into what appear to be numerous API throttling limits in place on our identity domains. Our first issue that we discovered was that our nightly maintenance windows, across all of our environments on the domain where our PROD applications exist, wasn't running at the set time. We discovered this by seeing that our downloaded snapshot sizes were identical to previous days and that the modified date on the snapshot hadn't changed. Upon investigation by support, it was determined that our API requests were being throttled because all of our maintenance
