We are currently implementing Oracle Fusion Suite 25A for one of our clients in the UAE and are in the process of designing the employee compensation structure within the Oracle HCM and Payroll modules.

As part of this, we are seeking Oracle’s guidance on the best practices for configuring and processing a range of employee payment components to ensure optimal system utilization, compliance, and alignment with global standards wherever applicable.

The components under review include:Basic Salary,Supplemental Allowance,Bonus,Performance Bonus,Recruitment Joining Bonus,Housing Allowance (based on actual bills and aligned with grade rate),Education Allowance (as per eligibility),Honorarium Allowance, Deputation allowance , Duty Travel Expenses , Stipend Payment etc
