Unable to view employees in Person Management.

Hi,

Could someone help us with an issue we're encountering? As HR users, we're unable to view all inactive employees from Australia in Person Management in our production environment. However, when we checked in our lower environment, all inactive employees are visible.

We've confirmed that both environments have the same roles, privileges, and data security policies. The only difference we've identified so far is that the lower environment is on 25B, while the environment with the issue is still on 25A.

Are there any other factors we should check? Your assistance would be greatly appreciated.
