Data Management Issue – TB Files Deleted & Mappings Reverting

Summary:

Is anyone experiencing issues in Data Management where TB files that were uploaded into a folder are being deleted unpredictably, and mappings are unexpectedly reverting to previous versions? The exact timing of when the deletions occur is unclear.

We initially faced this issue in February and raised a service request (SR) with Oracle at that time. However, the same issue has occurred again. Has anyone else encountered this problem recently?
