Redwood Personal Details Page No employees are displayed

Hi, I've got an issue with the Redwood Personal Details page, where no employees are displayed and none appear when searching.

I've checked the profile options, which are as follows:

ORA_FND_SEARCH_EXT_ENABLED - Site Level - Profile Value 'Yes.
HRC_ELASTIC_SEARCH_ENABLED - Site Level - Profile Value 'Y'.
PER_SEARCH_LOGIN_EVENT_PUB - Site Level - Profile Value 'ATOM'.
ORA_PER_ORACLE_SEARCH_WORKERSLOV_ENABLED - Site Level - Profile Value 'Yes'.

I've also run the following processes:

ESS job to create index definition and perform initial ingest to OSCS' for 'fa-hcm-person'.

ESS job to create index definition and perform initial ingest to OSCS' for ‘fa-hcm-acl’.
