Has anyone else had an issue with Existing reports showing 2 times on Terminate Employment?

We have enabled the Redwood Terminate Employment transaction. When testing as a line manager, prior to clicking Continue on the When and Why section, Existing reports only shows one time along the right. Once I click Continue, it appears 2 times. Once I fill in the Existing reports and hit Continue it moves to Comments and attachments and "highlights" the second Existing Reports and Comments and attachments.
