Inventory movement within same org but different subinventory via min max planning

Summary:

Our requirement is to move inventory between two subinventory within the same Org to ensure inventory levels are maintained by Min -max planning.

This is working by setting up intersubinventory parameters as below

Min max level is maintained and sourcing type is set as Organization.

The transfer order created is directly interfaced to shipping, this is an issue as this order needs to be visible in OM as all our reports source is OM and how do we schedule/pick and ship this TO if interfaced directly to shipping?

Is there any other way to achieve this requirement?
