Hi,

While configuring approval for learning request, Representative is skipping from the approver chain and moving to the next approver.

Condition for rule: ((Requestor's Assignment.result.User Name == Learner.result.User Name) AND (Learning Item.result.Learning Item Type == "ORA_NON_CATALOG") AND (Learner.result.Department == "Human Resources"))
