Duplicating a requisition allows to change supplier and save requisition with 2 different suppliers

Hi,

When trying to duplicate a requisition it allows to change supplier and save and submit it. This way same requisition can have 2 different suppliers.

After approval 2 PO's get created against this one requisition.

In brief it allows to have 1 requisition with multiple suppliers and multiple PO's per supplier.
