    Summary:

    We have a lot of business rules that use data copies or CREATEMISSINGBLK ON in order to ensure that blocks exist where they need to. In these rules, after performing all the calculations, we have the CLEARBLOCK EMPTY command to ensure that the database doesn't get too bloated with empty blocks. Every week, we run a restructure to remove the cleared empty blocks. Since moving to the Ashburn data center (oci gen2) from Chicago (classic) on 4/18, we've noticed a huge number of blocks being removed after the restructure. More than we ever saw before in Chicago.
