Questionnaire Step Not Displaying Questions in Internal Supplier Registration

Hi Everyone,

We've enabled the Redwood "Use Questionnaires in Internal Supplier Registration" opt-in feature in our environment. Additionally, the Questionnaire has been enabled from Configure Supplier Registration and Profile Change Request, and the rule set has been updated to apply to both External and Internal registrations.

Redwood: Use Questionnaires in Internal Supplier Registration

Here’s what we’re observing:

  • In the Internal Supplier Registration flow, the Questionnaire step is visible, but no questions appear within the step.
  • For External registrations, the questions are displayed correctly as expected.

Has anyone else encountered this issue or is there any configuration step we might be missing specifically for Internal registrations? Any guidance or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
