How to disable Goal plan from search engine

We had an issue where someone was able to mass deploy Goals to all the users in the org and we have determined to restrict access to Goal Plan pages.

Unfortunately, on the front Oracle HR CLOUD UI Page search engine, "GOAL PLAN" is still showing up under ACTIONS Menu. Once clicked upon, it opens up the Goal Plan Page.

How do I restrict Goal Plan from reflecting via the search engine
