Can't update Purchasing News name to Client Requirement in RSSP from VBS

Summary:

There's a requirement to have Purchasing News updated in Redwood self service procurement to choice of word using from business. We tried to use VBS to accomplish this requirement but it seems it is feasible. Is there a suggestion on how to change the name?
