Hi,

We are trying to test the Reminders and Escalations for Purchase order approvals and have enabled the required configurations as in the images below. Reminders are working properly for every 5mins. But the task is not escalated to the manager after 10mins as configured, and we are encountering the error. (Attaching the error image). Could someone please confirm if I'm missing anything here. I checked that Line Manager is assigned to the approver and is active.
