I have verified that this privilege has been added to our employee abstract role.

HRT_REST_SERVICE_ACCESS_TALENT_SKILL_SUGGESTIONS_RO_PRIV

Regenerated the role by running the following processes:

Import User and Role Application Security Data

Send Pending LDAP Requests

I have also refreshed the index fa-hcm-contentitem

Any additional assistance would be greatly appreciated. I am doing this in our test environment which is now on 25B. Thanks.
