Unable to edit Reports static URL in structure

Summary:

Hi All,

We have created few tiles via Structure for Reports and these Reports have static URLs.

Now, we wanted to change one of the URLs however, we are unable to do so. Earlier we used to get the option to change or edit the URL. Any idea of this issue.
