Convert pending worker: why does I see more actions in Redwood UI than in NUX?

Summary:

Hi all,

We activated the Redwood UI for the core HR pages and we are customizing the Convert pending worker transaction.
We noticed some differences between the Redwood and Responsive UI that we would like to ask:

1)    Why do we see more actions in the Redwood UI than in the responsive UI?

2)    Is it possible to hide some actions in the list of values?
