Could you help me with following questions please?

  1. What action do the "Negotiation Required" and "Negotiated" flags have? If they are selected, do they trigger any action or are they just informational for the buyer?
  2. I don't understand why both flags can be selected?. I think it should be one or the other, but not both.
  3. Can I hide these fields?
