Autocomplete Rule not working for existing Job Requisitions, works only for new Job Requisitions.

Summary:

Hi All,

We have created an ACR for Job Requisition which defaults Target Start Date* (*Required Value in question) based on the Primary Location. Ex: Location India, then Target Start Date = sysdate+150. While this ACR works on the creation of new Job Reqs, it is not working for the existing Job Reqs. Any advice or pointers would be helpful. Thanks in advance.
