Capacity rules are disabled but waitlist is diplayed in self service (greyed out)

Hi we have some courses and offerings created some months ago. The offerings have capacity rules disabled, but workers have no possibility to enroll to the offer. Join waitlist button is appearing greyed out, instead of Enroll button.

Hi we have some courses and offerings created some months ago. The offerings have capacity rules disabled and some time ago workers could join the offer properly but now workers have no possibility to join the offer. Join waitlist button is appearing greyed out, instead of join button. We had an upgrade from 24D to 25A during these months… I dont know if it could be the source of the problem.
