find which area the questions and questionnaires are used in to be able to upload an HDL

Hello,

I am trying to upload a Question Translation HDL, however, it gives me an error saying "The {OBJECT_NAME} object can't be modified or deleted because it's being used." i've used this questionnaire in a journey and i deleted it, but it keeps giving me this error.

I need to create a report or a query to extract all of the information where the questions and questionnaire are used
