How to give a name to the link in Rich Text Editor in Document Types

Hello,

Using link feature Rich text Editor in Document Types, we have given a link and is working fine like a hyperlink. But our concern is the link is of 300 characters and is displayed as below. Our goal is to give the proper name to the link….Example Generate Release Doc instead of displaying actual link in Description of Document Types.

But our requirement is to give name for that link as shown below. The following is the snap from Oracle Release Notes 25A….

Is this kind of requirement possible? We are currently in 25B
