Ability to sign up for Talent Community using SMS

Summary:

We are implementing SMS abilities for recruiting using Twilio, as we are testing we realized that when SMS is enabled it still is not an option during the sign up for the talent community. It is weird that candidates could use both to make a profile, but can only use Email for the Talent Community. Wondering if there is a separate setting for that? Of if this is currently not a possibility to get job alerts sent via SMS?
