Deleted Subscriptions - system or user deleted?

Summary:

How can you tell which deleted subscriptions in the Deleted Request history in the Lineage are auto deleted by the system and which are deleted by a user? If there is a name as shown in my screen shot below, 3 subscriptions with the user names blocked out in red, does this mean that user deleted the request themselves? And if there is the automated blurb about no request items generated does that mean a the system did an auto delete?


Additionally, once a request is deleted by a user, is there any way to know that it was deleted? Or see what requests were deleted by users?
