How do we achieve 21 days extraction period when extending reporting period for global transfers

Related to ADP Celergo Payroll Interface: Both Oracle and ADPs recommendation for an extraction period for the ADP Celergo interface is 21 days – start date 14 days before system date, end date 7 days after system date. According to the documentation (Administering Oracle Payroll Interface), this is achieved using the Global Payroll Interface Flow Parameter Start Date Offset and Global Payroll Interface Flow Parameter End Date Offset.

My customer has a large amount of global transfers. In order to pick up the termination of the originating record, we want to Extend Termination Reporting for Global Transfer (same document under Payroll Interface for ADP Global Payroll. ) However, this seems to use the same ADP Global Payroll Interface Flow Parameter End Date Offset, but with a different value.
