Auto complete rule is throwing an error in Family and Emergency Contact page

Hi Team,

We have an Auto complete Rule in Family and Emergency contacts.
The requirement is to throw an error message if national identifier is not available while enabling the emergency contact flag for spouse in Family and Emergency Contacts
The Auto complete rule is working fine for all the employees except for the employees whose spouse is also working in the same organization.

Can any one suggest how to enhance the Auto complete Rule so the error will not triggers while updating the Spouse details if they are the coworkers
