Possibility to Projects period close accross multiple countries using job set

Summary:

Our client, operational in 50+ countries, requires the ability to close periods in Projects Period by region using a job set.

Currently, in Oracle EBS, they manage this through a request set for each region with period parameters getting populated automatically based on system date.

Does Oracle Cloud does offer the same flexibility to create a job set can with Close Accounting Period job for each ledger and the period parameter getting populated automatically based on the system date?
