when we click on hiring manager/recruiter in opportunitymarketplace its redirecting to their profile

Summary:

Hello Everyone,

We have recently enabled redwood pages in recruiting, so when an employee go to opportunity marketplace and while applying for a job the details of a job requisition will come right in the when they click on Hiring manager or recruiter name it is redirecting to their profile page and also employee/user has access to provide feedback.

How can we make not redirect from this page. I have tried to make it read only by using VBCS but not able to do.

Can anyone suggest how we can achieve this?
