Edit approval flow rules of to escalate to specific users within 24 hours if no approval by manager
We have approval flow rules setup already for quick actions in our instance, however we need to add 2 users who will have authority to approve these actions in case the manager does not approve the actions within 24 hours. We do not necessarily need to add them to the workflow but we need to escalate if the manager does not approve within 24 hours, if that is possible.
Is it possible to edit the approval flow that if the manager is not approving within 24 hours that the approval gets pushed to 2 specific users, and either of the two may approve? Can this be done in transaction console or do we need to use BPM for this to be done?
