Want to change the Account of the already executed Movement Request issue Transaction?

Exact Issue:

The user has completed the Movement Request issue transaction with the wrong Account.

Account user has been given at the time of creation: 31-999-11711-99-999-9999-9999

Actually, the User should select: 11-999-11711-99-999-9999-9999 (As 11 is the right code for that ledger)

Now, accounting processes are run and it is giving the error that the 31 code access is not there with the ledger in which the transactions are performed.

The images of the transaction and the execution report are shown below.

Question: How can we rectify this error, as we can not edit the executed transaction?
