Approval status of transaction showing incorrect in BIP report

Hi,

We have a requirement to create a BIP report that has details of all the transactions from transaction console. We see that "Approval Status" Column is showing incorrect. The transaction is approved but still shows pending in approval status column in report.

Can anyone please help me with getting this column corrected. Or help me with the table and column from where I can get the correct result.
