Next Gen - Email Notification to External requestor, upon Service Request Creation

Hi community,

We have requirements for our client to have email notifications trigger once a service request has been created. I've achieved this through an Object workflow that sends this notification to the Primary Contact ID.

However, I've noticed during my testing that the email notification is not triggering when a request is received and created from an external domain i.e. if a request comes from an @gmail.com.au address, the requestor is not receiving the notification.

I've also noticed that the external address is not being captured as the Primary Contact within the service request once it has been created.
