What privelege gives edit access to Biographical Info under Personal Details

Hi,

I have been trying to remove the edit access to Biographical Info under Personal Details for a worker. Tried to remove the following

'Manage Person Biographical Information' and regenerate grants after making changes but still able to see the edit icon for Biographical Info.

The worker needs to have view only access to Biographical Info, we need to remove the edit access.

Could you please advise?
