User Category to Service account for User to never expire.

We have two user categories in our Client Oracle Fusion Application: Default and Service Account. For users under the Default category, we enforce a password expiration policy of 90 days. We recently changed one user from the Default category to the Service Account category to prevent their password from expiring. We followed the steps outlined in the Oracle documentation for this change. However, despite the change, the user’s password expiration date still reflects the previous policy (i.e., set to expire on 29th May 2025), which suggests the Service Account policy has not taken effect.
