Allow Duplicate National identifier while creating New hire from Redwood page

We have recently enabled Redwood for Core HR and encountered a couple of issues that we need assistance with:

  1. During the onboarding of new hires, we noticed that Redwood allows the creation of employees with the same national identifier. Unlike the Responsive UI, there is no error or warning message displayed. How can we ensure that the national identifier is not duplicated in Redwood?
  2. For the Chile region, the national identifier type "RUT" is maintained as primary information. However, in Redwood, the National ID RUT does not accept the format 16190767-7; it only accepts the format 16.190.767-7. How can we configure Redwood to accept the correct format for RUT?
