Borrowed and Lent showing as not applicable

Summary:

We are implementing Oracle Cloud PPM . We have requirement on Borrowed & Lent, please find the attached setups that we have created for Borrowed and Lent process and created the cost against the project, however in the cost page the borrowed and lent distributed showing as Not Applicable, please find the screenshot for your reference. Could you please let us know if we are missing any setups or process to apply Borrowed and Lent on the cost? Is this something you have implemented at your previous clients? Your insights on this matter would be greatly appreciated.
